Photographing family is such a blessing. This is my sweet nephew, Rhett. His mama and I were pregnant with our last two kiddos together each time. Due only 3 months apart each pregnancy. Which has been wonderful because it means our boys always have a little buddy to play with at the family get togethers. Rhett’s session almost didn’t happen though. The day he was scheduled for his first newborn photo shoot there was a severe thunderstorm and tornado watch. To top it off, we lost power. Thankfully, the power came on and we were able to get his session done by just adjusting what time we started. We chose some deep earthy tones to go along with Rhett’s amazing complexion and dark head of hair. He was a wonderful sleepy baby for nearly all of his session. His older brother and big sister loved snuggling their newest family member and smiled great to give mom and dad some sweet keepsake photos to cherish forever.
